We guarantee that every plant we ship is of the highest quality and that your order will be carefully handled and shipped to ensure that you receive a healthy product. Please notify us immediately if your product is damaged upon arrival so that we can file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf. You will need to send us a photo of the plant upon arrival and retain the package(s) for a minimum of 7 days, as the parcel company may want to inspect the damaged product.
Once the carrier has approved the damage claim, we will reship the damaged replacement item. Alternatively, if the item you're looking for is currently unavailable, we'll gladly offer a substitute or let you know when it will be back in stock. We will not be held liable in the event of a shipping delay or damage. We will not accept claims for damages received more than 24 hours after delivery.
